It depends…For life coaching and career coaching, the best results are being achieved by having the coach focusing on you and you only. Other people would be a distraction and slow down the process.
For relationship coaching, some part of the process will be done individually and some part will be done between the different people involved.
For executive coaching, it might be that we are creating new team dynamics or a new culture in which case group coaching would definitely apply.
Absolutely not. Relationships are the juice of our lives and we have relationships with many people. Siblings, parent-children, partners, friends at school…there are many relationships that make us who we are and all can be enhanced by using coaching. Each type of relationship has a unique dynamic that you will be able to discuss with your coach.
Coaching is not about right and wrong. Each situation we are faced with has many perspectives and many choices can be made. Coaching is all about bringing the best out of you to help you be even better than you already are and most important, to help you close the gap between where you are today and where you want to be.

Absolutely not. The job of a coach is not to replace your doctor. Your health is your most precious asset and problems should only be discussed with a qualified doctor.

Coaching can help you feel more motivated to be healthy and can help you achieve health goals but is not designed to replace professional help to treat diseases or health problem that require a doctor.

Coaching will help you find the solutions faster as you will benefit from having a professional by your side who will shortcut the time is takes to achieve results. Executive coaching is designed for people who manage teams or organisations (from Head to CxO). We cover topics like time management, conflict resolution, strategic planning, succession planning, team dynamics, creating high performance culture, influencing, leadership and many more. I have 25 years of corporate experience at board level and you will be able to tap into that experience to make you even more efficient.

If you are not at executive level but want to be coached on one or some of those topics, it is possible, please contact us and we can discuss your requirements.

No two human beings are the same and as such, each approach and coaching is bespoke exactly for you, to meet YOUR needs and help you reach your goals. Any “homework” that is advised is also designed for you, to help you with your journey and is designed to help you identify your strengths and what holds you back. The sessions are highly interactive

and not designed to be a lecture. We, as a team, work to cross the finishing line you set.

It depends on where the clients are and the type of clients. We have had some clients who are based in different time zones and countries. In those cases, we run the sessions either by phone, Skype or Zoom.

Convenience is also a factor and you might decide you want to do it from the comfort of your home, in which case, the means described above might suit you best.

Alternatively, for team building sessions for example, or corporate coaching, it is easier to have the coach come to you on your premises to run those face to face.
